I'd skip Minish Cap, wasn't too excited with it, tho that's my taste in games speaking, others will probably bash on my opinion as Zelda is known as one of the best games made by Nintendo.

Pokemon: Emerald is the best pokemon game for that console, so if you loved pokemon it's a must play.

Golden Sun 1 and 2 - Probably best RPG on that system, so yes, you must play it.

Castlevania - Again, I don't like games like that.

Others I haven't played.

As for recommendations, hm... All Final Fantasy games are must play.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Four Swords, well this is good Zelda game

Fire Emblem, Sword Of Mana,Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis, Lunar Legend, Phantasy Star Collection, Breath Of Fire, Riviera...

As you might have guessed, I am RPG player :P I also recommend getting Playstation emulator and SNES emulator

Free PSone emulator doesn't exist...

The best and not to expensive is FPse emulator. I have a phone with 650Mhz processor and 256Mb RAM and all games run smoothly. And I just downloaded emulator, put in BIOS file and that's it. I started playing, no additional setting up.

Ah! Game Boy Advance! I used to love that thing. I see you already have Yoshi's Island, one of my favourite games ever made... If you like that one I'd recommend the other Mario Advance titles, particularly Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. 3.

Some good ones which are a little overlooked are Gunstar Future Heroes, the Sonic Advance series and the Wario Ware series.
