Question about rock band

I know it was previously only available on the thunderbolt, although I never found out why. But is there anyway to get it on any other phone? I tried downloading the apk but it says I need the bundled sd card. I'm on a galaxy s3. I don't know all the lingo so if its possible to get it working, please simplify it lol.

It sounds like this app might have been carrier-specific, some folks call this kind of thing "bloatware".
