I'd say it's certainly feasible: PocketUAE runs pretty smoothly on WinMo.
Maybe we'll have to wait for the NDK to mature to graphics+sound, but it will happen. Similarly AtariST is possible (CaST)?
PSX is also just about within the realms of possibility.

holy old thread batman!

yes they have one. its hard to use on the touchscreen though. amigas were keyboard and mouse controled games for the most part. I loved my a500. rocket ranger still makes me tear up a bit...
