Where are my "draft" text messages?!

I got my Droid Eris about a month ago and after hating it for a few days, I love it! I do get frustrated that there's no instruction book with it. All the things I've learned have either been by accident or someone else showing me. Can someone tell me how to retrieve "draft" text messages? Yesterday I was interrupted while typing a message and saw a pop-up that it was saved to drafts, but I've looked everywhere and can't figure out how to find it. Thanks for your help!!

On the Droid (not Eris) stock messaging app, all you have to do select the recipient you were in the middle of typing a message to, and the saved draft will automatically appear. I guess the UI on the Eris doesn't work this way?
