has anyone claimed with their ins co. their cell got damaged in a car/motorcycle accident? my ins co said they were gonna replace my jacket/helmet just send them the info and they'd just transfer the money to my acc it sounds like no questions asked so naturally...

so y wouldnt they replace my phone which was in the front pocket of my jacket when i went flying over this idiots car who hit me head on. anyone have a similar exp with their ins co

If the accident wasn't your fault, shouldn't the other driver's insurance pay?

If you claimed damage to the phone, I couldn't see why not. Although if you have regular phone insurance you will guaranteed to get a replacement.
