Hey all....im new to this site and I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I did do a search on here and google and couldnt find anything on this. So, here it goes.....

My hero has been having issues with the keyboard not typing anything when I pull up a text message to reply to or create. It happens from time to time....not all the time. To make it work again I have to either wait for it to start typing again by repeatedly going in and trying to type, or by re-starting the phone. This gets VERY annoying after a while! Ive tried with both the stock messaging app and handcent....both do the same thing.

The second issue ive seen is that when i dial a phone number or press a contact to call....it takes like 15-20 seconds for it to start the call.

Has anyone had either or both issues with their phone? I need help becauase this gets really frustrating when I need to use it the most.
