Thumbs down Google Problem

I dont want my contacts or messages or anything to be synced with google
I want to use all of its functions like a normal phone
Except market
I want my contacts to have no connection with google
Same with messages or email

How can i do that
I dont want to see my email adress when i add a contact(name and number)
I do not use email.
Help

Settings>Accounts&sync>turn off syncing options

tried that still get a connection with google when i enter a new contact in PHONE CONTACTS
[bad language removed - Mod]

Is there a way to wirte all of them to the simcard and then that would be all thats displayed in the contacts page?

Go to settings>Accounts & Sync click your gmail account and uncheck what you don's want to sync, or you could delete the account altogether so there's nothing to sync to.


...and watch your language, please.

i cant delete it because i have apps installed.
How can i create them on the SIM card.

If you uncheck sync contacts, they will only be stored on the phone. Not sure if it stores them on the SIM or in the SD card.

It will always mention that you are making it under an account.

If you have sync turned off it will NOT go to google servers though.

If I can ask why are you so adamant on not getting it to sync to google servers?

It guarantees you cannot lose your contacts and it also allows them to be backed up daily...

I want to keep it as simple as possible.
Clearly i went in the wrong direction with android
But the apps are the good things.

Im also on the motorola milestone
Everything is excellent aside from the battery
Cant understand what i did and know the battery is at 80%
