Question Hero 2.1 update-inital boot time

Installed 2.1 (eclair?) on my Hero this morning, finished installing at 9:27, it's now 10:15 and still hasn't finished rebooting.

Is this to be expected or did something go wrong?

thanks!

IIRC mine updated on Thursday and took around 20 minutes from start to finish. Mind you, that was on a UK phone with T-mobile

may want to use that about now. i went to the store to have mine done, i heard stories of people updating themselves and bricking the phone. that said, yes, 2.1 does seem to take longer to boot, but not 20 min. it also seems to eat more battery
