I found this article on Talk Android The Droid X has been overclocked


Is it legit? Is the talk android website legit, I've never been on it before.

If anyone can confirm this, that would be cool, I still don't have my Droid X yet.

(apparently it doesn't run very well because of the amount of voltage it puts out, but is it even possible to overclock it the DX without fooling with the bootloader?

Here's the link, it's on page 6 because that's where the download and instructions are, the first 5 pages are just people questioning if it's possible or not. Apparently it's slighty stable I guess.

when i got my droid x the guy ask me if i wanted to root it and have it overclocked. to 1.5 i beleave
