Ok, ummm wow...

First off, Android is an operating system. You cant put Windows on a phone. You just cant.

Second, you cant put itunes on an Android phone. Android is completely different from Apple. It just wont work. Itunes is meant for ipods, not android phones.

You're looking for two apps that simulate that.

-For the Windows feel, look for Astro File Manager or ES File Explorer. This way you can navigate the files on your phone.

-For iTunes, download an app called Double Twist. Then, download the desktop version for your PC.

I am thinking there may be a language barrier here...

OP, are you simply asking how to sync iTunes music onto android using Windows 7 (or some variant of this question)?

Right. You can't put iTunes on an Android device. However, there are a lot of options for syncing with iTunes.

there's a launcher that makes your phone looks and works like Vista, but I don't think that's what he want.

Language barrier or not, that's pretty awful..... Try google translate.
