alright thanks, idk its probably just me but i thought the mytouch looked wider, although it could have looked like that to me as i was looking at white model and the behold 2 model was black which is sliming
I wouldn't get either if I had a choice id get a phone that definitely going to get the 2.1 update not saying there bad phones cuz Idk but id be looking at the the hero moment droid or n1 they will keep u in the android loop for awhile but if you don't have a choice id get the mytouch it comes in black also I have,a hero and its a fantastic phone all around
well i can only get a t mobile phone, and i really wanted to get the nexus one for my birthday but it wont work with our family plan, they make you buy a whole new separate plan
i came to the conclusion of eathier a mytouch or behold 2, and i hear that an upgraded mytouch 3g comes out the 10th of this month and it features a 3.5mm headphone jack and more ram, so thats what made e consider getting the mytouch instead of the behold 2.
anyway aobut what you said about them not getting 2.0 and up, i thought all 1.5 and 1.6 phones were due for an update mid February? however if there not then im totally screwed, as i know nothing about any new upcoming phones on t mobile
The phones that I mentioned plus the droid eris are the only ones I know that will get the 2.1 upgrade it has been announced, and yea there coming out with the mytouch that has a slide out qwerty keyboard too and too my knowledge no other phone will be getting the update as of now nothing has been announced
also do you happen to ahve a date on the mytouch slide?
i just wanted to get an android phone (i have a sidekick 3 right now) before the 19th (my bday) however if it comes out not to much later and will get the 2.0+ update i might wait ( or ill just get the new mytouch with the 3.5mm jack)

As of now no but the upgraded mytouch with more RAM its a better possibility u have to wait till its announced but I don't see why the new mytouch with more RAM wouldn't but I don't know when the new mytoucj is coming out either
id love too but, me nor my parents have 529$ to spend on a phone.
and anyway i wouldn't want to spend that much even if i did have the money, i mean that phone is more money then either a 360 and ps3 without contract.

The new mytouch is the same as the fender edition (which I have), as far as spec wise from what I've read. Only difference is that the fender edition has the different shell and some preloaded apps. I had the droid and eris prior to this and to be honest, like it just as much, if not more
what phone has the bigger screen? the mytouch 3g or behold 2?
