Default Need advice on accessing internal memory on a Galaxy S II with a broken screen!

Does anyone have any advice on how I can access the internal memory on my rooted Samsung Galaxy S II as I dropped it by accident the other day and even though I have insurance which covers accidental damage, the insurers haven't processed my application so I have to wait a while before they can sort out my claim!

The phone definitely works as I can power it up and there was a picture available after I dropped the phone, but now I can't get a picture at all, even though the light up buttons on the phone show that it's working and at one stage, I accessed the PowerAMP widget by access which meant that I could play music.

Personally, I think it's dumb that Android don't do pure plug and play via USB and instead force you to access your internal/external storage via a dumbass system!

Fortunately, I backed up through Titanium Backup and Dropbox although if I can get the screen replaced, I'll definitely be backing up onto my SD card instead of the internal memory!
