Default How to get back to 'Sim Unlock'-screen???? (Huawei U8180)

My Huawei U8180 is locked to Tele2 here in Sweden, I hoped that an install of Cyanogenmod would disable the check of network provider, but obviously it didn't. Starting with another SIM-card and got the question to unlock the SIM with a PIN. Could of course not get past that and pressed 'Disable SIM blalblabla permantenly' (cannot remember the question exactly) - now when I did that the phone started, but how the heck can I get this disable SIM-lock-option back???? Is there any way, or am I screwed? have tried to put in yet another SIM-card from a third provider, but the question didn't appear! Pls Help! Thx in advance! Greets: Mats
