I wonder what is the theme and live wallpaper he is using in Galaxy y..how to get it..plz can you help out for me..im using dull wallpaper and my theme is default theme...

There are many live wallpaper options available on the market. Your phone may even have some pre-installed. The live wallpapers should be where the other stock wallpapers are. I don't know how to change wallpaper on a Galaxy Y, so I can't be more specific.
