Facebook not updating correctly
Since yesterday afternoon, Facebook has not been updating correctly on my phone (Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V running Android 2.3.4.).
In the notifications menu I am told that the device "Could not update from Facebook", with the complementary comment "Could not connect".
After faffing around a bit blindly (I'm a self-confessed technological dummy), uninstalling Facebook (in fact I was only "allowed" to uninstall updates) and reinstalling it, fiddling around with updates and syncing, etc. I think that the problem may lie with Sony Ericsson's "Timescape" app/software/gizmo/whatever, because on my lockscreen I do see a mention alongside the Facebook logo that I have new notifications on Facebook. But beyond that, I really have no idea as to how to solve the problem (see technological dummy comment above). Any suggestions?
