Hello,
I've got a big problem. Well two at the moment.
1- I wanna reset my Samsung Galaxy 550 (Gt 15500L) to factory. Every time i go to privacy and i try to reset it keeps saying me: "We're sorry! The procc com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Try again. (well, it's my translation, its in spanish originally). I want to reset it!
2- When i try to make a new gmail account, because the one i have i made it fast to download applications, it was like "ppwwdt@gmail.com" and the pàssword i don't even remember it, it keeps refusing me (i try to associate with my gmail account, or to create a new one). Well i do it and it says your phone needs to communicate.. bla bla bla and passed those 5 minutes it says: "Cannot establish a reliable data connection to the server." I want to make a new one, just in case i forgot my unlocking pattern!

Please help me , for any of both!
