That's not HTC Sense i think.
Seems the clock is fancy widget/beautiful widgets clock with an HTC Sense themed launcher and HTC wallpaper.

that not HTC sense its a skin probably from an app.

search helauncher2 on the market, it allows you to change your launcher to HTC sense, Moto Blur and other launchers like that. i believe its not HTC sense since it has MetroWEB
