Question about sprint insurance
Hey guys i'm new to the fourms, have read here a ton though.
I currently have the Evo, i purchased it back in March or April in 2011. Lately it has been acting very out of the normal took it in today and they reset it and said it was my JuiceDefender and wether or not that is the truth it seemed weird to me since i have had JuiceDefender since day one.
Anyways I was wondering if I drop my phone and it breaks, not saying i would do it intentionally, would sprint give me a whole new Evo? or just replace what is broken on this one?
If they give me a new Evo would it be the Evo Design since the Evo Design costs $100 and this Evo now costs $100 too, or would they just give me the same type?
Any information is helpful!
