Default Need an affordable Android Tablet with a camera.

My father is fairly computer illiterate and struggles with some computer tasks like getting pictures off his camera. Currently he has an old Desktop running Ubuntu and a point and shoot camera with an SD card. He uses Gmail and craigslist mostly, and my thought is a smaller Android device may be simpler for him.

What is out there that best meets the following:

Decent Size screen.(7" seems good to me)
Camera with flash(higher resolution would be nice, but it HAS to have flash)
Low price(I would probably have to buy it for him)

Honeycomb would be nice, but not necessarily. As long as most apps will work and it has some decent support(manufacturer or developer). Honestly if the Nook or Fire had a camera, it would be perfect.

What do you guys think, is this even a good idea?

I would suggest a 7" Honeycomb tablet. Most non-honeycomb tablets are cheap chinese tablets that barely function. An older Galaxy Tab (whichever was the 7" verson...) or an Acer A100 might be good.

The older Galaxy Tab 7inch (P1000) ran on Android 2.2, and upgraded to 2.3. It will function like an oversized Galaxy S.
