Smile Help Needed - Setting up a webmail on my Samsung Galaxy S2

Hello,

Hope you are well. I need a bit of help please setting up my works email on my samsung galaxy s2

I have to go to https://wurthmail.wurth.co.uk to access my work emails and I would like to set them up on my phone as well.

I have looked around on the web but dont understand the whole

domain/id
username/domain

etc which is floating around the web.

If somebody could please give me some detailed information on how to set it up I would really appreciate it.

Thank you,

Unfortunately, only you can see past that login page.

Typically, webmails have an option somewhere specifying either IMAP or POP setup values.

When you add an account on your Android mail, there should be forms to fill in for incoming and outgoing mail. Copy the values from your webmail help into the forms where the labels match up.

Hope this helps, let us all know if this works or doesn't. If not, please copy and paste your webmail help here so any of us can try to give more specific help.

Welcome to the forums!

unfortunately it doesnt have any if the pop3 or any other details which i can.copy.

i think it looks like i might have to email the it department for all that.

i was hoping touchdown or email app would recognise things once i put the website etc in it.

when it says domain/username is the following correct?

https://wurthmail.Wurth.co.UK/username

obviously replacing username with the actual one

No, the webmail address is different from the email address required.

Sounds like getting the info from your IT group is the best way.
