Hello all. Just got this stratosphere and I was excited when it said hotspot. Then I got pissed when they say it costs $20 a month. I'm new to the rooting scene as well. I hyave read a few articles on the subject but not entirely sure. I would like to use the mobile hotspot when I don't have acess to wifi for my ipad. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
