Default is it legal to use the word Android as part of a domain name?

I was wondering if anyone here knew if using the word Android when creating a website would be considered a trademark violation by Google? If so is there anything that can be done to get around a trademark violation if using the word Android is even a violation to begin with.

I don't think it is illegal to use the word android in a domain name. After all you are posting on AndroidForums.com

So, I just re-read the permissions. And they seem to be cool with it, as long as you use Google's authorized artwork, and capitalize Google (or any of their products) properly.

one last question do you know of an Android Icon generator?
if you look at the top left of the page there should be an android holding the title "android forums" does anybody here know of a website that would allow me to create android icons like that?

That's clearly custom artwork.

You can easily use the standard Android logo and make it appear as if it's holding a sign though in any image editing program..
