Talking how to make battery consumption on running applicaion in android

Can anyone help me with my thesis problem. it's about a battery notification or battery consumption of running application. how can i make it just like a chart/history that will tell how much battery an application consumed. thanks for all of your help.

Many phones will show a battery consumption chart, access to that depends on brand, and you can install the Android SDK to take screenshots - if your phone doesn't have screenshots built-in.

BTW, there are a lot of process monitors on the Market that are free, you might look at Quick System Info Pro and things of that nature.

Check the settings area, then go to the Phone Info. There should already be a battery monitoring app.

yeah your right there is already settings in the phone. but what i want is just like I'm going to copy it and make it as my thesis. can you please give me an idea on how to access the code of that settings? hehehehe
