Question How to disable "add new hardware" when connecting Android to comp via usb?

just curious if there is a way to do this as I connect and disconnect my phone to my computer often and would like to get past this little annoyance.

thx for any help

Why don't you just click yes? Shouldn't it remember that you already added it before? I encountered this only the first time.

It should remember after the first time - but if you have a hinky USB port it might not.
Just went through this with a friend's old XP laptop (device she wanted to register would only work on XP or Vista) She had a bad port.
