OK, what kind of phone do you have?
Do you have an Accounts and sync main setting?
If so, are all of the problem items listed there?
If so, deselect syncing for everything, power down your phone and power it back up, go back into the same settings and turn syncing back on.
Honest, details are really needed. We can't guess at the setup for your phone model, and if I just did, it's a miracle.
