Would there be issues for you about privacy if you export your Outlook Contacts to Gmail? Install this: GO Contact Sync Mod | Free Communications software downloads at SourceForge.net on your PC, and enter the Gmail address you used to activate the phone. Once the contacts are uploaded, if you have your phone syncing it will download all your contacts from Gmail.

Save all of your contacts in your SIM card, put the SIM on the Nexus and import them to it.

Man, all phones have an option to save the phone contacts in the SIM card. Even my 8 year old Motorola has that option.

Play with the menus, and you'll find it.

You've not used many BlackBerry phones.

OP, if your model doesn't support it, you may find an app on the BlackBerry forums that will let you get your contacts out as a csv file. You may then be able to upload that to your contacts on the Gmail web. You may have to massage the csv file with Excel first.

I recall we had a BlackBerry to Android transition guide at one point.

I will try to track that down and post back.

no man. This is a blackberry instead of regular phone. Blackberry has its own peculiar way of doing things.
