Default Have Android retrieve all my POP3 emails, not just new ones...

Hey

I have my POP3 account configured but it seems that it only recieves and shows me my new emails, not the ones that are old on the server. In Outlook, it retrieves all my email, whether it be new or old, unread or read. How can I do this in the stock email client in Android?

Gingerbread CM7.1

Configure Outlook to leave mail on the server.

You can't. Well, you can forward all the old mail to yourself but that's kind of a pain.

I'm not sure if this is remotely helpful but on my hotmail account (which is also a pop3), when I go into Settings and change "Download options" to "All" it does give me all my emails as quickly as it can download the several years worth! Have you tried this?

That will only work if emails were not deleted on the server, which yours apparently were not.
