Bluetooth long in the tooth
In sub forums here you can find loads of frustrated people with differing phones, differing stereo bluetooth headphones but with the same complaint. You can pair and receive/make phone calls fine, but you cannot get the music player to perform. Deadly silence although the music/podcast or whatever is playing.
Well I join the clan with my brilliant Jabra Halo2 headphones and Samsung Galaxy Mini. In fact I have exactly same problem when trying to playback through my Bluetooth-equipped car stereo. The only solution I've found is to completely power down the phone and restart. Well that's a load of bother when I just want to listen to music.
It all seems to me to point to an Android OS failing / fault / bug. Has this ever been sorted? Do we have to pay for another app to do the job (Teksoft's Bluemusic)?
