hi my phone is able to turn off only by the battery removal it can be turned on normally now what happends is the htc animations plays then my carries animation plays then it freezes there for a while it normally does but now it just goes to a black screen it happend for the past 2 days i did a factory reset worked until i tried to download and install an app the same thing happends again so can anyone help me and tell me whats wrong and how to fix this problem ?

Hello and welcome aboard. It's quite obvious that an application is causing this problem. Uninstall all installed apps...then reinstall each app one at a time to identity which one is causing the problem.

Also, you might want to check in to your device's area of support. I would have move your post to the correct forum to see if this problem has been mentioned before, but was unsure of what HTC device you have.

i have got the htc panache so your sure an application can cause this because i can download them but when they go to install they just freeze and my phone restarts automatically into that black screen but it seems to be almost any app i try lol, but i had my phone since nov and it has worked fine since yesterday, so do you think another factory reset is needed ?
