Default help unlock pattern for huawei cricket android

How can I reset my phone if I don't know the pattern to unlock it?

1. Turn off the handset
2. Press the Volume up button
3. Press the send button
4. Turn on your phone.
5. Your done.


Note: This procedure will also unlocked the mobile phone if it is locked and bring it to default or factory setting.

I tried that and now it is flashing on the icons and firmware update failed

There should be an option to "reset to default" or something like that. Make sure you are using the correct button to "enter" this option in. Sometimes its the home button, or menu button. I've seen it be any of them, that screen should tell you what button to push once the correct option is highlighted.

It will not let me do anything I cann not even turn it off

pull the battery, put it back in, and try holding the buttons down to bring it back to that hard reset menu
