What's the cheapest phone that can do WiFi?

Like to find a used phone for cheap that can do calls and such if it has WiFi close.

doesn't have to do much more then that.

LG p500 or Samsung Galaxy Mini. I won't go below those two due to performance doubts of cheaper Android phones.

Cost a lot? They're like just $200 in my country brand new unused, about half the price of my own phone... But then again I realize that "cheap" is relative. Thing is, if you go cheap on your devices, especially smartphones, don't be surprised if they hang up, break or crash while usage.

Im talking $30-$40 max used, just for a kid to play with but can make a call.
