Default Water Resistant Android Phones?

Can someone list the water resistant Android phones available in the US?

I'm on T-mobile. Don't mind switching but want to stay away from Verizon.

I do a lot of outdoor activities around the water. Offshore fishing, Tidal Kayaking, etc. I've had several phones glitch out from the moisture.

Thanks,

-Mike

You can use something called Liquipel to water proof any mobile device according to this: Waterproofed Devices Coming Soon To US – Liquipel Can Waterproof Your Current Device Right Now

I can't confirm it works myself, but the videos certainly suggest it's pretty effective.
