Just a rant and an opinion. My Inc updated my Google Voice App last night and Google changed the Icon to the same ugly blue that is found all over ICS. I don't know what others think, but to me that blue found all over ICS (the notification icons, menus, and many other places) is just plain ugly. I personally would not get a phone with vanilla ICS on it. Sense is 100x more polished if you ask me. Thanks for letting me rant..
Rant accepted . I like stock ICS and the blue so far. I'm waiting for 4.04 custom roms before I dive into roms and themes.

Nice rant, but I have to disagree. I like the new look of ICS, but I've always been a fan of a more simple and clean style. The blue was weird for me at first, since my favorite color is green, but I've grown to really enjoy it and have adopted it to my phone's current theme. (ICS for CM7) Now, when i look at my girlfriend's phone w/ Sense, I'm glad I don't have it anymore, it just seems too cartoonish,if that makes any sense. (Pun not intended) Plus, I really like to change themes and icons every 3 months or so. Just my 2 cents.

Ya, I know my rant is just my opinion. I have an old Inc running an ICS Rom, I just don't care for it. I respect everybodies opinion and it's why there are lots of options out there. I am anxious to see what HTC does to skin ICS when they release a phone with an ICS base.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I personally like the ICS blue but that may just be because I like change. Personally I would like google to implement some sort of theme color chooser where you could set the theme to whatever color you wish. There are some roms that include this for the clock and softkeys currently on ICS but if implemented on the native in the OS I think they could do so much more with it.

I absolutely agree. Most times I then just to get colors to what I want. I can't imagine it is that technically difficult.
