ok so i got a question, how come you are not able to pull down the notification bar in full screen app/games??? Some people claim that apple stole android notification system, well yeah i get how its very similar but they actually made it better. You are able to pull down the notification bar in full screen apps/games, its ashamed thats google hasnt put this feature in android yet.

Anyway i was wondering am i able to activate this since im rooted?? i know that there is one app in the market name "bird bar" that allows you to pull it down in full screen apps/games but i want it to be in the system cause Bird Bar can be buggy and laggy at times. so does anyone know how to do this???? it would be very helpfull
