I have a rooted Android phone via cyanogenmod and whenever I plug in my android phone into my PC, I'm allowed to use adb and view the file system. Is there a way I can get my phone to prompt me whether or not to allow this and otherwise do not allow adb? In case my phone gets stolen I'd like to prevent theft of data.

maybe my question does't make sense:
Basically I just want to be prompted to allowed adb connection to my PC and not automatically allow it
