Default SUPPORT: 'Not Enough Space' msg when I have plenty of space

Trying to download a couple of movies that I rented on marketplace.
I keep getting this message:
"not enough free space available to download this movie. 256 MB free space required"

  • My internal storage has 1300MB available
  • My external storage has 9800MB available
  • I've cleared the data from my Marketplace app
Not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome aboard. Why don't you move all apps to the SD card (restart phone). I hope this helps.

Thanks for Joining the community.
