SUPPORT: 'Not Enough Space' msg when I have plenty of space
Trying to download a couple of movies that I rented on marketplace.
I keep getting this message:
"not enough free space available to download this movie. 256 MB free space required"
- My internal storage has 1300MB available
- My external storage has 9800MB available
- I've cleared the data from my Marketplace app
Not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
