Hi,
Totally noob question I guess, but this is my first Android and my first rom.
Okay, I got my phone, an HTC Desire S, from a Chinese vendor, and it's full of bloatware and crap and, even after selecting English during setup, it still has some Chinese text hanging around

. So I'm going to flash it. For my first flash, I don't want to get too freaky, so I'm just going to go for Android 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0 from here

Now, I'd just like to know, when you install a rom like this one, does it have the default Android apps on it? I'll just give you some examples of apps that are on my phone currently. It's got stuff like Flashlight, FM Radio, Gallery, HTC Hub, HTC Likes, Locations, Mirror, Quickoffice, Voice Recorder, Weather and so on. Are those automatically installed when you install a rom like this, or do I have to back them up or something, or download them individually afterwards? I'm really not sure about how that works.
And also on a similar topic. If I install a rom like this, will it have the default HTC startup screen? It's not a big deal, but I'd just prefer to have the default HTC startup screen over a custom one, and so I'm curious about that.
Thanks a lot.
