Wink Data upload wirelessly via USB driver on Android?

Interesting question here. Say you have data from a sensor device and you want to upload it to the android via USB wirelessly (Bluetooth). Has anybody done this or even better is this possible with the correct application in place?

A little more info might be helpful to get you an answer. What device do you own and what are you trying to pair it with? Is your device rooted, etc?
