Question cupcake and bluetooth

I updated with cupcake and now my blue tooth device in my only sort of works, in other words i connect to it dial from it but i can't hear anything unless i hold the phone to my ear which defeats the purpose of the blue tooth device while driving. i have tried resting both my phone and car device. any advice?

Unfortunately I can confirm this problem! Same issue with my German G1 and Cupcake. It does pair with my navigation system and/or Motorola HF800. My navigation system can access the phone, read phone book and dial - but I do have no sound. Incoming calls do ring on the navigation system/headset, but if I pick up the call there is no audio connection. Any idea what to do

Anybody found a solution for this?

Can I use Goldcard (with not rooted phone) to downgrade to earlier Radio - which worked well with my phone.
