Default I had two google mail how do i delete one on phone

Hi Just got this san francisco zte blade 3g 2nd hand In my rush to to get it up and running,i went into google made an account. This gave me a googlemail.com account which is now in my phone,then I realized i already had an gmail.com account, so I deleted the googlemail account in pc. So thought right now will be able to get gmail working,now here is the problem when i try to go into market place it says google sign in user name is ***************googlemail .com.How do I get rid of this pleaseeee,Just hope it's not to technical. Thanks

open the gmail app on the phone, select the menu ( on my phone its bu pressinf the button left of the home button) , accounts, add account

Thanks for fast answer, if i hit the gmail on screen is this the app ? all that comes up the googlemail add ,import your contacts and no connection retry

When you first activated the phone, did you give it a Google account? Did you give the googlemail account?

Go to Menu>Settings>Accounts and Sync>Google Account and see if the "remove" button is available.

Yes the remove button is available,i was kinnda afraid to do that in case i really mucked it up,would i only loose my contacts, ?

Contacts if they are synced. That's about it I think.

Hi thanks for helping,Went in this morning went in to accounts and removed googlemail.com account but it is refusing to go.So tried again 10 min ago and the phone is now saying in accounts, sync is currently experiencing problems it will be back shortly

Factory reset the phone. You'll lose all your non-backed up contacts, apps, etc, but it's worth it to get your Google account straightened out.
