sorry if this has been asked, what information is needed to track a droid razr maxx, and how can you tell if someone else is using the software? Thanks rw

I use Where's My Droid in case my phone were to get lost or stolen or in case I have a wreck and am unaccounted for (family members have the information to check it). I don't know if that's what you're asking or not.

I am not really sure I understand what you are asking either, but for instance, there are phone tracking apps offered from the service providers that can track your children as long as their phone is on.
I used to use one of these when my daughter was younger to make sure she was where she was supposed to be. The person whose phone is being tracked will get a notification telling them that their phone is being tracked. I hope that helped.
