Troubles With Widgets
Not sure the best forum for this issue, as I have no idea as to the root cause...
After my Sony Dash bit the dust, I decided to re-purpose my Nook Color as a kitchen info center, with widgets for time/date, weather, calendar, news, etc. Generally works great for this purpose, but every so often a widget will on its own launch the action associated with a finger press. So, for example, you may walk by the nook and see that it is showing the detailed weather as if someone touched the weather widget. What widgets are getting "launched" seems somewhat random, and at points I have gone several days without an issue.
The Nook is running CM7. I updated CM7 with the most recent stable build and it didn't seem to fix anything. I have switched launchers, eliminated the use of wallpaper, tried different widgets, all to no lasting avail. Anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this? It's such an odd thing I don't know quite how to troubleshoot it.
