Default Get back logcat after deleting it?

I accidentally deleted my logcat with the app "alogcat". I was trying to send it to myself when I accidentally hit the delete button. Is there any way I can get the old logcat file back? I am on a rooted device if it makes it any easier.

You might try 'Undelete for Root Users', free in Play Store.
I haven't used the app yet.

If you have a SD card you could read it with card reader on PC and use a recovery tool.

Edit: I had a look on my aLocCat, if you choosed Save and then used your email, you could try this above, because the logcat was been on the SD card.
But I think you know that

So I think, you choosed Share

Unfortunately, I never saved it to the SD card. I cleared it before I had any chance to save it. So, I guess I am out of luck?

If you clear the logcat, I am not 100% sure there is a way to get it back.

What were you trying to get a log from? Is there anyway to reproduce the action that produced this logcat and just re-do the action and then get that new log?

Well, my issue is that my camera capture sound has gone away. Actually, I prefer it to be gone but I wanted to see if I could look back at recent events to see what might have caused it. I have installed several apps recently, but can't remember which ones since the sound went out. Maybe logcat isn't the best way to determine this, but I thought it was somewhere to start other than deleting apps off my phone one at a time. Actually, I prefer not having the sound, but I still want to know why it went away.

Is your media volume all the way down?
