Default Water damaged galaxy s2 help!!!

Hi there
I dropped my phone in a bucket of zoflora, although it smells nice, it died . Luckily someone local managed to revive it only issue I have(and it's a biggie) is that the two buttons either side of the menu key - the back button and the other one ?.. No longer work. Is there any way round this ?
I'm not hopeful but thanks in advance.

Backup your data real quick while you have it running then get another phone. Should be able to get a S2 cheap now. or upgrade to an S3.
