I work for a company that tracks workers locations while they're on the job from an app via a Samsung Android. Unfortunately, the option to "allow GPS tracking" can be turned of and on at will and I was wondering if it was at all possible to lock the settings with a pass code so that the workers can't change it themselves?

Actually, yes, at least I think so going by memory. Search the Play Store for "parental control" and you'll find a range of controllers from kiddie level (not what you want) to more advanced.
