new galaxy 3 won't reset current weather date or time on main page

Welcome philgeht, happy to see you on the forums

Maybe you tell us what device you have and what weather app you are using because it could be as simple as hitting the weather widget on your home page > going into settings > and changing the intervals on which the app updates itself.

its a samsung galaxys3 accuweather app the weather widget on my home page will not update even when i hit the refresh tab

Phil, have you set the widget to a certain location or is it supposed to use your local location through cell towers/GPS? Have you tried clearing data/cache on the app? Failing that, reinstalling it?
