Hi guys, after updating gmail stopped to work on my gt-55830L version 2.3.4
When i try to launch the disply freeze on SYNC and tell me that "your email will appear shortly", after 7 days I don't understant what shortly means for Google, so Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp.
Root the phone to uninstall and reinstall Gmail will not help me, but if necessary....you know.

Hey there mariorenzi, welcome to the forums!


I would suggest restarting the device, by removing the battery then reinserting it and turning it on.

If this doesn't change anything you might want to try Factory Resetting your device to see if this solves the issue, even though it sounds app related, and it sounds like you have already tried reinstalling Gmail, because if you haven't please do so.

Thanks for the moment, removing the battery had no effect, this night i will try he factory reset.
