Hello h4hamidlatif welcome to Android Forums, we've had this problem before.
Go to this thread and follow the instructions in post #7..
Tablet Locked down for China
What's happened is, your Onda tablet is censored. Those are all websites that the Communist Party of China doesn't want The People to be looking at. You'll find many websites that Beijing doesn't really like listed in the tablet's hosts file.
