Default Widget for launching google apps..

On my ICS Desire HD I had a widget on one of the screens which had the Google icon, and when you tapped it you got icons for Gmail, g+ etc. I deleted it to move it but don't know what its called to get it back again. It was a really useful little widget and I'd love it back.

Can anyone put me out of my misery?

Al

Sounds like a folder. Are you using a third party launcher? If so, it probably lets you change the icons of folders and you can change it to be the G icon and then just drag Google apps into it.

Think I'm using the Apex launcher, I'll have a look at that. I think its always been there since I rooted so I just took it for granted.

If you're using Apex, as far as I can remember, a Google folder is one of the default icons placed on your homescreens when you first install.

Yup. It's just a folder with the Google apps inside it. You can make a new folder by dragging one app on top of another.
