Default Image Flicker While Changing Apps

recently one of my backgrounds i use to have been poping up quickly when i change between apps. i deleted the picture long ago and its still doing it.

i thought it was a go launcher problem so i tryed using different home launchers but still happens.

its kinda annoying. i havent try to do a factory reset because im not going through that .. but has this happen to any 1?

I'm having this problem too. I am also using GO Launcher.
Do u have a solution yet?
I did a factory reset before because of this.
I don't want to have to do it again.

It has to be a Go Launcher bug. I changed to Nova Launcher and hasn't had that issue since.
